New technical solutions, effective technologies, new materials and interesting design, all in line with the latest trends in the global economy, can be found at the trade fair.

Exhibitors go beyond showcasing them at their stands, and more and more often they prepare a special promotion of their offer. It is worth taking a closer look at such activities.

 

For example various applications of cellular boards in mass furniture production will be presented in a special area. This event is co-organised by the Egger company, producer of lightweight construction boards that are winning the furniture market.

If so, perhaps it would be worthwhile to learn something about cellular boards, their ergonomics and options of combining them with different materials?

A presentation of a mineral material that has been on the market for quite a while but has recently become extremely popular also looks promising. This material from the Rehau company is known as Rausolid and has a stone-like appearance but a warm pleasant feel. Its properties allow to offer a comprehensive system of products, from solid slabs for worktops, through washbasins, kitchen sinks and other accessories. At the Fair not only possible applications of this material are to be discussed, but also accessories for its processing. Many visitors will surely be interested in the Rauvolet acoustic-line, a modern roller shutter system for furniture offered by Rehau. What makes the acoustic-line different from other furniture roller shutter systems is the new type of profile design: holes punched along the length of the profile which, combined with a special viscose-based fibre applied inside the hollow section, effectively reduces noise exposure and gives roller shutters incredible noise absorption properties. This is a wonderful solution for office furniture, in particular for increasingly popular open space offices.
