At the upcoming edition of the CHARM OF DETAIL exhibition we will plumb the mysteries of kitchen furniture. The design of fitted kitchens in the exhibition area has been developed so as to present effectively the best solutions in components available on the market. The exhibition organisers very much want to showcase a couple of functional areas with fitted kitchens with focus on today's opportunities created by components available on the market.

Visiting the Charm of Detail will also be an opportunity to take part in seminars held in the Knowledge Zone. This year, every day of exhibition events will be dedicated to a different target group. Each and every participant of seminars will receive a copy of a unique guide with information on solutions presented at the exhibition. Visitors of The Charm of Details will also have an opportunity to participate in seminars held in the Knowledge Zone. This year, each day will be enriched by panel discussions with the participation of the representatives of partner companies and invited experts. Attendees will find out what the notion "ergonomic kitchen" means today, learn the language of nature in this type of furniture and listen to presentations about new trends in furniture surface design. The organisers especially recommend a meeting entitled: "A kitchen furniture studio that sells" with Dr. Marek Borowiński - expert on design, psychology of colour, visual merchandising and trend creator in decorative design. The meeting will tackle such issues as purchase behaviours of individual clients, the psychology of seeing and the psychology of colour in the communication of products in a kitchen furniture showroom. The participants will gain expertise on effective communication, identification of customer types, customer service and stages of the selling process.
