PT 009 – 5 TABLEtop lifting mechanism

The tabletop lifting mechanism is a part of a product family designed for convenient furniture height adjustment. It allows to lift a tabletop in one motion – the operation is facilitated by a set of springs suited to the tabletop weight. With the mechanism applied, there is a space on which the additional tabletop section can rest, turning a small table into a large dining table in a matter of just a few seconds.

BIO-1 BIOFUEL HYGROMETER
Manufactured by: TANEL Elektronika i Informatyka Sp.j., Gliwice
Inspired by the needs of pellet press manufacturers, the hygrometer has been developed primarily for measuring the moisture content of wood materials in pellet and briquette production processes. However, it can also be used for identifying the parameters of finished products.

SMPA 500.1 ED NAILING MACHINE

Elimination of a hydraulic system has resolved the need for using synthetic or mineral oils. Consequently, there is no risk of leakage if any damage occurs, or when the sealing reaches the end of its life due to natural wear and tear. Thanks to a new power system, energy use in production processes has been reduced from 8kWh to 2 kWh. Moreover, the replacement of the hydraulic pump by silent electromechanical drives has resulted in significant noise reduction. The user-friendly touch screen panel is yet another feature that the competition jury found particularly compelling.

Compact DWN PLUS SINGLE-SIDED EDGEBANDER

The machine has been designed and manufactured for the purpose of single-pass application of natural and synthetic edging materials on wood or wood-based panels, using hot melt adhesives. The machine can handle workpieces up to 60 mm thick, with a maximum edgeband width and thickness of 64 mm and 3 mm respectively. What is important, the solution enables processing workpieces with a wide range of sizes. The version fitted with a pre-milling unit allows to process surfaces immediately before edgebanding, which helps eliminate cutting-related faults. The idea behind this design was to develop a compact edgebander with maximally simplified, small yet functional processing units.

With its robust database of composite materials and maximum simplification of the machine, works on the principle CUBE PLUG and PLAY. This means that setting, the inclusion and ... done. Changing of the workshop is equally simple - just switch it to hand pallet truck. Optimal results MPV - Moulder-PreView, filed with the Patent Office. Settings spindles are reflected by lasers. This way you can optimize the treatment and to receive the highest yield. Energy efficiency is a current topic today. CUBE helps to lower energy costs. Optimized for turbulence and suction cover specially designed tools to reduce energy intensity of the effect of ventilation, extraction by 60%.
